The Role / Location

The surveyor will work with market leading teams to gain the broad practical experience and personal growth. They will have drive and ambition and should be capable of working on their own initiative. The successful applicant will be highly pro-active, with a desire to provide the best advice and service within the Munster market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arranging and carrying out viewings for properties that Savills are managing
  • Preparation of marketing material, data sites and liaising with clients on this
  • Actively pursuing leads to try to achieve lettings/sales of commercial property
  • Prepare high quality qualitative & quantitative reports as required by clients and the department Directors in a punctual manner.
  • Ensure client reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued to clients in accordance with agreed timescales.
