Surveyor

SIMCO Construction is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our growing team. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, ensuring accurate measurements, and supporting project teams with layout, data collection, and documentation throughout all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys
• Measure and record distances, elevations, and angles using surveying equipment (total station, GPS, levels, etc.)
• Set out building lines, levels, and grades for construction projects
• Prepare and review survey reports, maps, drawings, and field notes
• Verify accuracy of survey data and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
• Maintain surveying instruments and equipment
