SURVEYOR (Construction)

Site: METRO MANILA, CAGAYAN DE ORO

• Conduct surveys for new projects, establish building boundaries, foundation layout, column layout.
• Establish correct horizontal and vertical distances and angles of building layout.
• Assist in maintaining correct column plumbness, beam alignments and heights during construction/
• Prepare survey sketches for construction implementation.
• Prepare survey reports to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Course relevant to surveying.
2. At least 4-5 years experience.
3. Willing to accept work assignment anywhere (ex. Cagayan de Oro)
4. Must be experienced in Building Land Field Layout.
5. Salary commensurate to experience.
