JOB SUMMARY
The Surveyor/Inspector performs inspection work according to operating procedures of cargo on vessels, rail/road cars or shore tanks, on terminals and or offshore.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To carry out quantity survey and establish accurate quantities of loading or discharge of vessels, rail/road cars or shore tanks
To obtain representative samples and carry out quality survey of loading & discharge of vessels, rail/road cars or shore tanks.
To provide complete and accurate reports, as directed by the Survey Supervisor on above activities.
To carry out all operations in strict accordance with applicable procedures for operations and safety.
To assist in identifying and correcting any non-conformances with regards to quality, operational or safety matters.
