As a Sushi Chef at Bodar Rooftop, your duties include preparing a variety of sushi dishes such as maki, nigiri, sashimi, and specialty rolls with precision and creativity, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly handled, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following strict hygiene and food safety standards, coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during the evening shift, managing inventory of sushi ingredients, and occasionally contributing to menu development with innovative ideas that align with our brand’s high culinary standards.
