**JOB SUMMARY**

Entry level management position responsible for Sushi Section of the Japanese Restaurant and takes care of the daily objectives in the kitchen. Assists the Japanese Chef and Executive Chef in leading staff while personally leading in all areas of the kitchen, including food production; purchasing and kitchen sanitation. Position contributes to ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
