Sushi Chefs can expect the following in estimated compensation:

  • Sushi Chefs are paid an hourly rate that ranges based on experience and will recieve tips.
  • Sushi Chefs are estimated to earn an average daily tipout of $50-$200, depending on volume
  • The average hourly rate for Sushi Chefs (base pay + tipout) is estimated at $27-$48/hour.
