WE ARE LOOKING FOR SUSHI COOK FOR YABU MARILAO

A Sushi Cook that can prepare high-quality sushi dishes in accordance with our restaurant's standards.

DUTIES

• Prepare and assemble sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, and specialty rolls.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients, including fish, rice, and vegetables.
• Cook and season sushi rice to perfection.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Sushi Cook, Sushi Chef, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine.
• Ability to handle fresh seafood and maintain high food safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
