Sustainability and Communications Manager

Responsibilities:
• The 4 main pillars will be: external communication, internal communication, institutional relations, and employer branding in a cluster level.
• Create, propose, and lead the implementation of a strategic communication plan.
• Propose and write communication content, and provide support with new communication strategies (written, audiovisual, for social media and for media outlet).
• Interaction and support to the C-level of the company. This person will oversee the main executive exposure.
• Generate different proposals for improvements and evolution in communication and content.
• Collaboration in the definition and implementation of the marketing and communication strategy.
• Management of the KPIs of the actions developed.
• Coordination with suppliers for the different actions that are carried out, especially Public Relations agency and Creative agency.
