Sustainability Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Undertake various energy and thermal modelling assignments using IES VE software such as heating and cooling load calculations, regulations compliance modelling, certification related modelling (BREEAM/LEED/NABERS/WELL), energy conservation measures modelling for Energy Audits and Net Zero Intervention studies.
• Assist in supporting BREEAM/LEED/NABERS/WELL certification process.
• Assist in supporting BREEAM/LEED/NABERS/WELL/RIBA Green overlay related bid and tender preparation and coordination.
• Gather information through issuing RFI's to the project team.
• Work closely with fellow sustainability engineers, MEP engineers and other entities of the project teams to confirm information and strategy and to assess the asset's performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Provide technical support to the project team.
