Sustainability Engineer / Modeller

**Job descriptions:**

+ Carry out building performance modeling and analysis such as energy, daylight, solar, ventilation, thermal comfort etc.;
+ Assist project delivery in sustainability engineering, such as green building assessment and certification (BEAM Plus, LEED, China Green Building etc.), sustainable design and planning, energy study etc.;
+ Prepare technical reports, presentation and other project deliverables

**Requirements:**

+ Experience with sustainable design modeling software is preferred (eQuest, IES, Fluent, Phoenics, etc).
+ Knowledge of LEED or other green building rating systems is preferred.
+ Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary;
+ Self-motivated and hardworking;
+ Min. 4 years of experience for the position of Engineer.

Degree in Built Environment / Building Services Engineering / Energy Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Environmental Engineering.
