Sustainability Manager

We are looking for a Sustainability Manager for the Southeast Asia Region, based out of our Makati office in Manila, Philippines. The role will have a regional scope and will count on a small team to support projects locally. This position reports directly to the Southeast Asia Managing Director, and functionally to the Global Head of Sustainability. The Sustainability Manager will ensure our projects not only meet compliance standards but also create positive environmental and social impact in the communities where we operate.
Main Responsibilities:
Environmental Management – Lead environmental impact assessments, secure permits, and ensure compliance with both local regulations and international standards (IFC, Equator Principles). Oversee waste, water, and biodiversity management throughout construction and operations
