Sustainability Specialist

Job Description:

• Reports to the Senior Manager of Country Sustainability and work closely with the HR, Corporate and Purchasing functions to fulfil the human rights and social sustainability roadmaps for Singapore.
• Assist the team in the deployment of the Labour & Human Rights Program and its management system for Manufacturing site
• Manage and coordinate the various community involvement programs aligned with our sustainability strategy within the local, operational and cultural context (STEM your way, and other community involvement projects) by:
• being the interface between external stakeholders and ST
• recruiting and engaging employee volunteers for the programs
• ensuring compliance to ST processes related to external engagement
• reporting investments and impacts to Corporate on a quarterly basis
• Create communication materials and stories for the internal social media
