Responsibilities

• Attend to users by telephone, e-mail or open tickets in the tools used by the company.
• Analyze incidents/problems in depth, with the aim of finding the root cause and definitive solution
• Consult technical documentation and alternative sources of information, simulating/testing problems in the environment
• Prepare program content and teaching material and pass on knowledge to other team members
• Be responsible for or support the management of service levels agreed with clients
