Sustentability Manager - C13 - Ciudad De Mexico

**Responsibilities**:- Provides end to end facilities operations services including design & construction project management, physical operations and maintenance of building /facilities.
- Manage full budget responsibility for repairs and maintenance of all buildings.
- Ensuring compliance with Citi Realty Services (CRS) operating policies and procedures, health and environmental standards and with all related local regulations.
- Responsibility for obtaining all necessary building related licenses and permits.
- Liaise with building owners on all aspects of asset management activities in particular to lease obligations and building resilience.
- Manage day-to-day building operations for the office building infrastructure.
- Manage the fire life safety infrastructure and ensure that all fire alarm systems, fire extinguishing systems etc. are properly maintained, tested and documented.
