SVP - Asset Management

We’re searching for a Senior Vice President of Asset Management (SVP) to lead the Asset Management Department. The SVP will oversee financial and operational performance, leasing, property management, reporting, capital improvements, land sales, and strategic opportunities across all client assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the portfolio, including leasing, property management, and capital improvements for a mixed‑use property mix of office, retail, and residential assets.
• Lead strategic planning for all real‑estate assets and individual projects, aligning with stakeholder objectives.
• Establish a strong working relationship with ownership to ensure alignment of portfolio growth vision and success metrics.
