We are seeking an SVP, Human Resources to serve as the senior-most HR leader at the firm level. Reporting directly to Regent's Chairman, this individual will own all aspects of human resources across Regent's U.S. operations including HR operations, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, and M&A due diligence while serving as a strategic partner to firm leadership and portfolio company HR heads. This is a five-days-per-week, in-office role based in Beverly Hills, CA.
