SVP, Private Client CRE Lending Officer - RJ Bank

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Under minimal supervision and with a high level of autonomy, the **SVP /** **Senior Private Client Lending CRE Officer** will use extensive CRE Lending experience to originate, structure, underwrite, and manage customized CRE Lending solutions for HNW and UHNW clients of Raymond James. This role works directly with Private Client Group (PCG) clients and Raymond James Financial Advisors (FAs) on the direct platform, with primary geographic responsibility for Western States.
+ Originate, structure, and manage direct CRE lending solutions to HNW and UHNW clients.
+ Serve as the primary CRE lending and resource for Financial Advisors platforming the western U.S., providing deal consultation, education, and ongoing relationship support.
+ Lead lending transactions end-to-end, including opportunity assessment, borrower and guarantor analysis, collateral evaluation, structuring, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
