At iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., we are seeking a passionate and talented French Bilingual Representative to join our thriving Contact Centre team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position with an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our growing client base.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Swedish (svenska)-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Actively listen to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and offer tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and identify opportunities for growth and development
