Swim Instructors/ Duty Officers - Local Council

Maxima's client, one of Southeast Queensland's largest Local Councils, is seeking several qualified and experienced Learn to Swim Program Instructors and Duty Officers for the upcoming season. We're seeking Instructors who are available to work flexible hours spread out over 7 days with approx. 15 hours on offer weekly. You will earn $39 per hour + super. Key Responsibilities:Conduct Learn to Swim classes for various fitness, skill and age levelsEnsure swimming classes are conducted in accordance with industry guidelines and following program and proceduresUndertake general cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment as requiredEnsure required equipment is available for class set up and prepared for classes to begin on timeCollect and store equipment appropriately after classesContribute to the co-ordination and programming of swimming classes for all age groups and abilitiesProvide education on swimming and water safety to students and parentsTo Be Successful:Minimum 12 month...
