Swiss Chalet is hiring a Manager, Guest Experience at our Ottawa (Carling Ave.) location!

Since our doors first opened in 1954, families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. And that’s certainly not stopping now.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed.
• Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a Benchmark Restaurant, and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time.
• Continue to develop and coach associates.
• Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience.
• Support and implement Standards and Controls.
