**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Operate and manage a telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and direct incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls effectively and professionally.
+ Ensure that all inquiries are promptly and accurately resolved or routed to the appropriate department or personnel.
+ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of operational processes to provide accurate and helpful information to callers.
+ Log and track calls when necessary and provide status updates as required.
