Switchgear Engineer

Description We are seeking an experienced MV Switchgear Engineer / Inspector to support the design review, inspection, testing, and quality verification of medium-voltage switchgear systems for critical power infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for ensuring equipment meets project specifications, applicable codes and standards, internal quality requirements, and customer expectations. The role partners closely with engineering, quality, production, suppliers, and field teams to support safe, reliable, and high-quality project execution.

The position will be onsite at a suppliers facility in Vancouver, Canada participating in FATS.

Requirements

Review customer specifications, single-line diagrams, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of material for medium-voltage switchgear projects.
