SysOps – Agentic AI BI

Level:
Specialist (Automation + Analytics)

Purpose:

To build and operate intelligent SysOps systems that combine infrastructure monitoring, automation, and AI-driven business intelligence for proactive network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-enabled operational dashboards and reporting
• Automate incident detection and resolution workflows
• Integrate telemetry, logs, and performance metrics into BI tools
• Support predictive analytics for network/service assurance
• Collaborate with NetOps, SOC, and engineering teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years SysOps / DevOps / BI experience
• Strong Python, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau
• Exposure to AI/agentic automation frameworks
• Telecom infrastructure knowledge advantageous
