Job Description
Previous Employments required: RAIN, Ericson, Nokia, Huawei, Vodacom etc.
Level: Specialist (Automation + Analytics)
Purpose:
To build and operate intelligent SysOps systems that combine infrastructure monitoring, automation, and AI-driven business intelligence for proactive network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop AI-enabled operational dashboards and reporting
Automate incident detection and resolution workflows
Integrate telemetry, logs, and performance metrics into BI tools
Support predictive analytics for network/service assurance
Collaborate with NetOps, SOC, and engineering teams
Requirements:
5+ years SysOps / DevOps / BI experience
Strong Python, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau
Exposure to AI/agentic automation frameworks
Telecom infrastructure knowledge advantageous
