Role Overview 
Assist and complement senior engineers on large-scale projects or work autonomously on small engagements. Possess consulting skills relating to modern workplace technologies, with experience in technical pre-sales and customer engagements. They can lead large-scale projects autonomously or in small teams. 
Technical Qualifications and Capabilities 
MS Azure and M365 administration 
Basic desktop and server maintenance 
MS tenancy troubleshooting 
Level 2 Service desk support 
Microsoft-certified engineer (MCSE) 
Windows Server support 
Advanced troubleshooting ability 
Tertiary-level qualification in Information Technology or Engineering 
Enhanced MS Azure and M365 support
