Position Description:

The Tier 2 Systems Administrator provides enterprise-level operations and sustainment support for the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Domain and Directory Services Branch (DDSB). This role delivers advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and sustainment of both on-premises MECM and MED365 cloud/tenant environments, ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of enterprise systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to enterprise infrastructure, services, firmware, and applications across MECM, MED365, and related platforms.
