System Administrator

• This person's primary responsibility is the proactive management and maintenance of our office's IT infrastructure—ensuring that all systems, servers, and hardware always remain fully operational.

• Rather than just responding to IT issues, this role requires preventative action—regularly monitoring system health, conducting maintenance, and identifying potential failures before they impact operations.

• This person needs someone who is physically present to handle hands-on IT infrastructure tasks. 

• The goal is system stability—this person must minimize downtime, ensure optimal performance of all IT assets, and maintain business continuity in our security monitoring command centre.
