The Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) OSD Specialist provides advanced support for operating system deployment (OSD) across the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) enterprise management environment. This role ensures the secure design, testing, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise operating system images and task sequences in both on-premises MECM and MED365 Intune cloud environments.
