Our client Pakistan Revenue Automation (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a System Administrator in Islamabad.
The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise datacenter infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, SAN storage, backup systems, and disaster recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including physical and virtual servers, in production environments.Perform server administration tasks: patching, hardening, performance tuning, user and permission management, and hardware troubleshooting.Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware vCenter/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.Manage SAN and NAS storage systems, including LUN provisioning, zoning, and masking.Administer SAN Fibre Channel switches and coordinate storage upgrades and migrations.Manage enterprise backup solutions, including Tape Library operations and Veeam Backup & Replication (or equivalent).Implement and maintain backup, rep...
