About the Role:
Ryt Bank is seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure and end-user computing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, security posture, and user experience across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both macOS and Windows environments, enterprise applications, IT security, and office network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Endpoint & Application Management
• Administer and support macOS and Windows endpoints.
• Manage deployment, updates, and troubleshooting of the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
• Administer the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) including user access, workflows, and integrations.
