System Administrator (NOC)

We are seeking a System Administrator with at least 1 year of experience in supporting systems and networks within an enterprise environment. Prior experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) is an added advantage.

In this role, you will function as a Level 1 / Level 1.5 support specialist in a 24/7 enterprise setting , focusing on proactive monitoring, initial troubleshooting, and timely escalation of incidents.

• Manage and support IT infrastructure and data centre operations, including basic administration of systems, networks, databases, and applications.
• Monitor and respond to alerts generated through systems, emails, and other monitoring tools.
• Utilize monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds and Grafana to oversee system and application performance.
