About the Role
We're a growing multi-business group (laundry/dry cleaning, concierge, real estate, and digital operations) looking for a highly organised Systems Administrator to manage access, security, CRM workflows, and automations across our tools.

You'll be the single point of control for company systems—ensuring security, clean processes, and scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee access, roles, and permissions (onboarding/offboarding)
• Administer core platforms:
• Google Workspace
• CRM (users, pipelines, workflows, automations)
• Meta Business Manager & Google Ads
• Xero (access roles)
• / Trello
• Build and maintain CRM workflows & automations:
• Lead capture, routing, follow-ups, reminders
