Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Systems Administration team
• Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Conduct performance reviews and support skills development
• Act as the escalation point for complex system and infrastructure issues

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers (on-prem and/or cloud)
• Manage operating systems (Windows, Linux, or Unix) and virtualization platforms
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and scalability
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations

Network & Security

• Ensure system security, access controls, and compliance with company policies
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
