TASKS

The Contractor must complete the following Tasks:

• Complete the work tasks as per the Task List (Appendix I to ANNEX A). The work tasks will be tracked in Azure DevOps.
• Track the time taken to complete each task assigned in Azure DevOps.
• Work with the quality assurance team to assess and take action on identified system defects based on the tasks delivered in 5.1.

Deliverables

The Contractor must complete the following deliverables:

• Weekly progress report (submitted at the end of each week) based on work tasks assigned which can be extracted from Azure DevOps tasks (see 5.1 & 5.2) and provided by e‑mail to the Scrum Master using a provided template.
• Complete all tasks as defined in section 5.1 and 5.2.
• Provide demos and walkthroughs to CFIA development staff for all completed tasks identified in Section 5.1 for knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
