The role assists senior analysts with troubleshooting, application enhancements, and project activities to ensure smooth system operations across the organisation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Application Support & Maintenance

• Assist in resolving basic system issues and support daily operations.
• Perform routine monitoring, checks, and troubleshooting (with escalation when needed).
• Update documentation, logs, and records.
• Adopt ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Escalate issues to senior analysts or vendors when necessary.
