System Analyst - Developer

Responsible for managing in house software projects using Agile and ensuring compliance with SDLC and DevOps practices. Oversees code repositories, Continuous Improvement /Continuous Development pipelines, and testing coordination (SIT/UAT).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage end to end in house software development projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking.

Ensure all development projects follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including documentation, approval gates, testing, and release governance.

Oversee and administer code repositories, ensuring proper access control, version management, and repository governance.

Establish, implement, and maintain Continuous Improvement / Continuous Development pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
