Job Summary

The System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting business and technical solutions for card processing and authorization systems running on IBM Mainframe platforms. The role focuses on CardLink, VSAM-based applications, COBOL, CICS, and JCL, with a strong emphasis on transaction authorization, fraud detection, and system stability.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Analysis & Design

• Analyze business requirements related to card authorization, transaction processing, and fraud controls.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for mainframe-based systems.
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements, regulatory changes, and production issues.

Mainframe & Card Systems

• Work closely with development teams on COBOL, CICS, JCL, and VSAM applications.
• Support and enhance CardLink or card processing platforms (ATM, POS, e-commerce).
