System Analyst

This role involves analysing business requirements and system functionalities, working closely with project teams and internal/external stakeholders to define specifications and execute implementations. The analyst ensures the timely and high-quality delivery of projects and Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities that support business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements to identify potential solutions, including improving business processes, minimising system enhancements, or a combination of both.
• Work with project teams and various internal and external parties to understand project and system requirements, define specifications, and execute implementation activities.
• Continuously analyse existing system functionalities to identify potential improvements in order to simplify and transform business processes.
• Prepare impact analysis for new requirements and improved processes, including identifying impacted areas.
