Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Design and map business processes that integrate with MES, ERP, and related systems.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flow diagrams, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, solution providers, and end-users to implement and customize MES solutions.
- Conduct system testing (UAT), prepare test scenarios, and support go-live activities.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend improvements based on KPI and user feedback.
- Support and drive initiatives related to Smart Factory, Digital Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0.
