System Analyst (Santiago)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Systems Executive to ensure a smooth transition during digitalization initiatives, assisting in the testing and troubleshooting of digital solutions
• Assist in collecting feedback from the sales team and other stakeholders to improve systems and processes, providing technical support to sales team members regarding tool utilization
• Support the identification of opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency, collaborating with the sales team to implement process enhancements based on data insights
• Interact with internal stakeholders such as Regionals & Area Sales Managers, IT Team, Digital Team, Finance Department, Human Resources, and Marketing Deployment as required, working closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and troubleshoot issues
