• Conduct in-depth analysis of retail banking systems covering Cards, Loans, Collections, Debt Restructuring, Rewards, Insurance, and Investment domains.

• Create and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD) aligned with business goals.

• Perform Gap Analysis to compare current state with target architecture and recommend necessary changes.
