This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed functional analysis across retail banking systems including Cards, Loans, Collections, Debt Restructuring, Rewards, Insurance, and Investments
Prepare and manage comprehensive documentation including BRD, FSD, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Perform Gap Analysis and define target-state process improvements
Design data mapping rules and conduct SQL-based data profiling
