  About the Role  
 My client, a leading Portsmouth based IT Services organisation, are seeking a candidate to act as Team Lead for their recently forming Level 1 IT support team. 
 The candidate will require solid foundations of IT knowledge, and be comfortable taking lead and responsibility for high quality Level 1 customer support.
  Responsibilities: 
 Service management and reporting – managing the ticket quality process. 
 Leading a Level 1 ticket based IT support team
 Ensuring consistently high quality standards of customer support
 Carrying out incident support using troubleshooting skills.
