You’ll be the key controller ensuring accurate and timely processing of daily picking, confirmation, and delivery transactions. By closely coordinating with warehouse, transport, customer service, and IT teams, you’ll help keep order flows smooth, system data accurate, and deliveries on track—supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do (your mission)

Order Processing & System Control

• Monitor and control daily transactions related to order picking and confirmation.
• Extract delivery schedule data from SAP and upload transactions to INFOR.
• Process all orders for picking and invoicing within the day to support next‑day delivery.
• Validate stock expiry requirements before order picking and confirmation.

Coordination & Operational Support

• Provide clear instructions to the Warehouse Team on priority delivery orders.
