**Job Description**

We are searching for a Power semiconductor test system design engineer! As part of the research team you will be working on understanding new semiconductor failure modes or tests and create concepts for first-of-a-kind reliability test systems and functions.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Research of semiconductor failure modes and create concepts to efficiently stimulate failure modes and monitor degradation parameters.
+ Network with cooperative- and academic research groups around the world to drive understanding and implementation of new test methods.
+ Contribute to ECPE / AQG-324 standardizations and participate in background discussions
+ Use your understanding to design first-of-a-kind test systems and verify the intended failure mode on semiconductors
+ Representing Emerson at conferences, workshops, and standardization working groups
