Job Description

• 1) Gain knowledge, understanding and Compliance of Management System
• 2) Fulfil responsibilities as described in GEMS and make familiar with the documents relevant to your discipline and to HSSE
• 3) Perform the competencies assessment and support the CAS deployment on board
• 4) Develop and present high quality and effective theoretical and practical training and / or coaching & mentoring events for all level of staff as required by current and future business needs.
• 5) Deliver high quality competence assessments on fleet FPSO units or where required in line with national and international standards
• 6) Identification and use of best practice in development of material and delivery of training, coaching and competence assessment
• 7) Apply national and industry standards to training products where appropriate with the use of technology
