System Developer

Job Title:

In-House ERP Developer / Technical Lead

We are building a custom, enterprise-grade ERP system and are looking for an in-house developer who will take technical ownership of the platform and ensure long-term code quality.

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the ERP system architecture and codebase
• Review and approve all code from project-based developers
• Enforce coding standards, security, and best practices
• Develop core system modules and improve existing code
• Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability
• Maintain technical documentation

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in backend development and system design
• Experience with enterprise systems or ERP is a plus
• Solid knowledge of databases, APIs, and Git workflows
• Able to perform strict but constructive code reviews
• High sense of ownership and accountability
