System Developer

Job Title: In-House ERP Developer / Technical Lead
We are building a custom, enterprise-grade ERP system and are looking for an in-house developer who will take technical ownership of the platform and ensure long-term code quality.
Responsibilities:
Own and maintain the ERP system architecture and codebase
Review and approve all code from project-based developers
Enforce coding standards, security, and best practices
Develop core system modules and improve existing code
Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability
Maintain technical documentation
Qualifications:
Strong experience in backend development and system design
Experience with enterprise systems or ERP is a plus
Solid knowledge of databases, APIs, and Git workflows
Able to perform strict but constructive code reviews
High sense of ownership and accountability
