We’re looking for a Systems Engineer to lead the design and integration of optical, electro-optical, and laser-based systems. You’ll take projects from concept to delivery, working across full product lifecycles and ensuring reliability, safety, and performance.

What you’ll do:

• Lead multidisciplinary projects with optical, laser, or electro-optical tech.
• Capture requirements and define system/subsystem functions.
• Manage interfaces, risks, and integration activities.
• Plan and execute verification, validation, and testing.
• Support proposals, reports, and customer engagement.
